At Hot Rod Cameras, we stand behind the professional cinema and photography gear we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible equipment within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; returns without this number will not be accepted.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Hot Rod Cameras

  Securely pack the item inside a shipping box and send it to our Hollywood location using a trackable and insured shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
